good stuff!

well, this show went by pretty quickly and i think we’re getting beterrrrr. listen to the full audio below.

SO SORRY we didn’t get to sanctimonious santorum and his anti learning brigade, but what is there to say? i mean really! we ended up talking oscars, rhi rhi, c beat ’em breezy and touched on some of the issues facing today’s young people.

i have just a few brief thoughts that i want to share about ricky boy. hopefully i get to that in the next day or so, so check back!

a testy talk

the convo between nikkiyo and krisirisi got a lil heated this week. interesting perspectives in light of the latest republican debate and the candidates going even further off the deep end.

a typical morning of random happenings

there was really too much going on this morning.

there’s a guy i pass almost every day on my way to the subway and last week he kept telling me to smile. i’m not sure what made him notice me last week. i had seen him a number of times and he’d never spoken to me before. on saturday he saw me walking again and asked if he could walk me to the train. i laughed it off and kept it moving.

as i crossed the street i thought i was in the clear, but he ran up to me and started walking with me… all the way to the subway and downstairs. i quickly swiped my card and went thru the turnstile. i guess he thought we could talk thru the bars but i was like i’m going —> this way. see you on monday.

today was a long day. work, dance class and a brief stop at whole foods. by 9:30 i just wanted to go home.

i went to catch the 1 train. while i’m on the 1 train i see the 2 train pass by. the 2 train is my train home and i was going to transfer at the next stop.

the 1 train pulls into the 42nd street stop. i see the doors open on the 2 train. people are getting off the 2 train. people are boarding the 2 train. the 1 train stops. i get up and stand by the doors, ready to dash across the platform to catch my train. but noooooooo!
